Ernie is about to be seen in Series 4 of ‘Going Places with Ernie Dingo’ on NITV. 

Before COVID shut down live theatre, he was touring with Opera Australia’s production of ‘BranNue Dae’ in the role of ‘Uncle Tadpole’.

Other recent productions have been ‘Squinters’, ‘Mystery Road’, and ‘Redfern Now – Dogs of War’.

In 2015, he also was part of the SBS series ‘DNA’, in which he travelled the world discovering his ancestry and was part of the 2018 series of ‘Who Do You Think You Are’.

He has many industry nominations and awards to his name, is a Living National Treasure and in 1990 was awarded the General Division of the Order of Australia.
