Cameron's Welcomes Writer Nicole Reddy

Cameron’s is excited to welcome writer Nicole Reddy to the agency.

Nicole is a writer for stage and screen.

Born in Lautoka, Fiji and raised in Sydney, Australia, Nicole knows exactly what it’s like being caught up in a clash of cultures as a transnational migrant displaced from their community.

Nicole is currently in development on her own original comedy series with Goalpost Pictures as well as developing her own screen and stage projects. 

She has worked on TV series in development with major production companies including Fremantle Media, Easy Tiger and Bunya Productions; and has extensive experience in both comedy and drama writer’s rooms as a note taker for Matchbox Pictures, Blackfella Films, Revlover, Essential Media and more.

In 2018 Nicole was the recipient of a Screen NSW script department attachment on Foxtel/Lingo’s Lambs of God and in 2021 she worked as a Script Coordinator on an HBO feature.

While completing her Graduate Diploma in Screenwriting in 2014, Nicole penned a short film called A Boy Called Su directed by Vedrana Musić, which won Best Coming of Age at HollyShorts Film Festival in the US and the Special Jury Award at Golden Panda Awards, Sichuan TV Festival in China. The short was also selected for the St. Kilda Film Festival, Flickerfest and many other international film festivals.

Her work explores themes of identity, agency, power and privilege. She is passionate about reflecting minority and intersectional identities and writing both comedy and drama.
