Congratulations to Dany Cooper and Kim Wilson on the Release of ‘The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart'
Congratulations to editor Dany Cooper and writer Kim Wilson on the release of the television miniseries, The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart.
The drama is adapted from the acclaimed novel by Holly Ringland, it’s the story of Alice, who comes from an abusive household. When a fire engulfs the family’s farm, she’s sent off to live with her grandmother June, on Thornfield Farm. June has a complex history with abuse herself, has set up the farm- which cultivates flowers- as a women’s refuge. New York Times’ Mike Hale praises the series, “Lost Flowers” is a reminder that when it is handled with skill, sophistication and a measure of restraint, melodrama can be as satisfying as any other style of storytelling.
The seven-part miniseries is directed by Glendyn Ivin, and was written by Sarah Lambert, Holly Ringland, Kim Wilson, and Kirsty Fisher. It stars Academy Award-nominated actress Sigourney Weaver and Alycia Debnam-Carey, and was produced by Made Up Stories and Amazon Studios.
The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart is now available to stream on Prime Video.
