5 Star Review of Emma Freeman's The Newsreader Ahead of Sunday Premiere

Congratulations to Cameron’s Director Emma Freeman and Editor Julie-Anne De Ruvo, who’s latest work in The Newsreader premieres Sunday 15th August on ABC.

Emma Freeman directs all 6 episodes of the Werner Film Productions series, while Julie-Anne’s editing may be seen in episodes 2, 4 & 6.

Karl Quinn of The Sydney Morning Herald gave The Newsreader a rave review; ‘The best of this impressive bunch is The Newsreader, which is simply the most fun I’ve had watching telly in a long time.
