Lucy Gaffy Directing Stan’s ‘Totally Completely Fine’ Starring Thomasin McKenzie

Cameron’s client, Lucy Gaffy, will serve as the set-up director on the Stan original series Totally Completely Fine. The six-part series is currently in production, with Lucy directing five of the six episodes.

The series, which was created by Gretel Vella, follows 20-something Vivian Cunningham (Thomasin McKenzie), whose life is a mess. Last week she accidentally burnt down her brother’s vegan food truck with a bacon-flavoured vape, and this week she’s inherited her grandfather’s coastal clifftop house, leaving her to help people who come too close to the edge. Strangely enough, they’re responding to her chaotic, nihilistic brand of psychology. Maybe, just maybe, in saving these people, she’ll slowly start to save herself?

Totally Completely Fine will star Thomasin McKenzie in the lead role alongside Devon Terrell, Brandon McClelland, Rowan Witt, and Contessa Treffone.

Producer Nat Lindwall said, “My hope is that Gretel Vella’s unique world and irresistible characters bring as much joy as they do catharsis – Lucy Gaffy’s direction is the perfect final ingredient”.

The series is being co-produced by Stan, Sundance Now and Fremantle Australia. It will be released in 2023.
