'True Spirit' to be Released on Netflix this Friday

TRUE SPIRIT is currently screening in select theatres, and will be released on Netflix on Friday 3 February.

This feature film follows the inspiring true story of Jessica Watson, who at 16 years of age, defied all the odds to become the youngest person to sail solo, non-stop and unassisted around the world.

Veronika Jenet edited the film, which was produced by Andrew Fraser, Debra Martin Chase, Susan Cartsonis, Georgina Marquis, Sarah Spillane, and Shahen Mekertichian (for Resonate Entertainment and Sunstar Entertainment). Sarah Spillane also directed, and co-wrote the film with Cathy Randall.

The film stars Teagan Croft, Anna Paquin, Cliff Curtis, Josh Lawson, and Todd Lasance.
